How do I get to the hotel?
The hotel is located at 6 rue de la Roquette, Paris 75011. It is serviced by Metro Lines 1, 5 and 8 and by Bus Lines 20, 29, 65, 69, 76, 86, 87 and 91.

Can I park at the hotel?
We do not have a private car park. You can leave your car in one of the paid parking spots around the hotel or book a space in one of the nearby car parks.
The closest car park is Saint-Antoine car park, located at 16 rue Saint-Antoine.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
Smoking on the premises of the Oh La La! hotel is strictly prohibited. This ban applies to rooms and all areas of the hotel, including windows. A penalty of 350€ will be charged if this ban is not respected.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not permitted in the hotel’s guest rooms or common areas.

Check-in / Check-out
When can I check in?
All our rooms are available at 4 pm.
Depending on availability, early check-in may be an option. Please contact our reservations service if you want to arrange for an earlier arrival. If you want to be sure your room will be available before 4 pm, we recommend booking it for the previous night, as well.
If early check-in before 4 pm is not an option, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room and explore the neighbourhood or simply enjoy the hotel's amenities while you wait.
When do I need to check out?
All guests are expected to check out by noon.
If you want to keep your room later than 12 pm, please contact the reception desk the day before you are scheduled to check out, or else book the room for the following night, as well.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
We offer secure, free storage of your luggage, before check-in and after check-out.

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served every morning from 7am to 10:30am. Except for special offers, this service is not included with the room.
Breakfast costs €15 for adults and €8 for children aged 4 to 12, and is free for children under 2.
What are the bar opening hours?
Our bar staff are at the ready for you daily from 5 pm to midnight.
